I’ve been thinking about possibly building a yurt.  They are economical and you can do it yourself; both features that are right up my alley.  Tiny House Blog is one of my favorite blogs and in general I really enjoy just about everything having to do with the tiny housing movement.

This couple is making it in a yurt in Alaska with no running water but that somehow manage to have wifi.  You may question their logic in having wifi over water but I’m sure that the addition of wifi didn’t hurt when getting themselves featured in the New York Times,
